Who we are
We are Gemma Analytics: a Berlin based company, specialized in building analytics and data insights in a high performance data infrastructure.
Gemma was founded in early 2020 by two data enthusiasts. Ever since, we have helped over 20 companies becoming more data-driven and succesful.
We have a fun, honest and inclusive work environment. We are a growing team, currently 10 people with 8 different nationalities. We are always looking for data minded people we can learn from.

Automation is at the core of what we do.
Our philosophy is to automate as many repetitive tasks as possible. This ensures we have more time for important, high-impact work.
We believe in output.
What counts at Gemma is your output, rather than your input. So it is perfectly fine to have your yoga class at 11am or your run at 3pm

We are located in the heart of Berlin. Our office can be used how often and however you like. Plus: we set you up with all that you need to be efficient.
We actively facilitate team building and interaction. Gemma’s biggest team event is the yearly offsite, which takes place in the Alps this year.
